  • The validity period matches the dates of the selected tournament.
  • An event license is independent of the player's annual license status — both can coexist.

Free

Usage: no-cost license for players eligible under federation rules (default license assigned on new account creation).

No payment (leave amount empty). Always fill in the Notes/details field to explain the reason.

Complimentary

Usage: license granted without financial consideration — reward, goodwill gesture, one-off exception.

No payment (leave amount empty). The Notes/details field is mandatory.

Adjustment

Usage: manual correction or regularisation — cases not covered by other types.

Examples: data entry error, negotiated fee, exceptional situation.

No required fields. Always fill in the Notes/details field.

No automatic validation

Amount and dates are not checked. The administrator is responsible for the consistency of the data entered.

Extension

Usage: extension of the duration of an existing license.

No required fields. Always fill in the Notes/details field.

No automatic validation

Same as Adjustment: check dates manually to avoid overlaps.

Important notes

  • Overlap: the system blocks creation if the dates overlap an existing license for the same player.
  • Notes/details: for types without payment (Free, Complimentary, Adjustment, Extension), this is the only way to trace the reason. Filling it in is essential.
  • Licensed status: based on the player's last valid non-event license. An Event license alone is not enough to make a player "active".
