Bug Fix: Friendly match result calculations were incorrect and systematically gave 0 points
Improvements:
Tournament "Bye" management has been improved (propagation across different rounds, exclusion from "Game Plan" and "Progression" views, removal of match management icons)
It is now possible to specify registration start and end times (previously only dates were available)
The tournament registration period is fully configurable until the tournament opening date
When a tournament has multiple organizers, it is now possible to specify which organizers will be notified individually (or keep the club's generic email)
During the tournament registration period, the date and time when the tournament can be generated are displayed
